3. The loan period for borrowed books is 14 days.
4. Books can be renewed for an additional 14 days. Only one renewal is allowed. Students should return overdue items as soon as possible and pay fines in cash at the Central Library or English Library. Please prepare the exact amount as no change will be given.
6. If a borrowed book cannot be found, please inform the library teachers as soon as possible. If the book is not returned within 30 days from the due date, it will be considered lost. In such cases, the student will be required to pay the following fees:
- The cost of the book plus a 20% administrative fee.
7. If there’s a damage or loss of library books, students should report it to the library teacher promptly. Students will be responsible for repurchasing the item or paying an equivalent compensation amount. The compensation may vary depending on the nature of the damage or loss and will incur an additional 20% administrative fee. Therefore, it is essential to report to the responsible teacher to determine the compensation method.
