"I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to you for your strong support and care for the school. Time flies, and Easter holiday is just around the corner. Looking back at the vibrant campus life in March, I am writing this letter to share with you various aspects of campus life.
In the past month of March, after completing the second summative assessment, we organized a series of enriching activities for the children to enjoy a wonderful campus life in the upcoming academic year. This included holding sports events for primary three to six to showcase their athletic talents and provide excellent teamwork opportunities for the four houses. The Parent-Teacher Association also organized another parent-child trip to offer parents and children a chance for interactive bonding, allowing over three hundred parents and children to share a delightful experience. Additionally, we conducted Religious Week activities to deepen the children's understanding of Easter, teaching them about Christ's love and sacrifice. Furthermore, in March, we arranged for students to participate in exchanges abroad, including an English exchange tour to New Zealand, Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition , and sister school exchange to Foshan.
On the other hand, during the upcoming Easter holiday, the school will undertake a series of improvement projects to enhance our campus environment and facilities. We look forward to presenting a fresh new look to you after the Easter break. These improvements will provide children with a better learning and activity environment. We have always placed great importance on restroom environment issues. We have already had several meetings with the Education Bureau and the Whampoa Garden Property Management Office to discuss solutions to the insufficient flushing water in the restrooms. As a result, we will be carrying out a project to replace the saltwater pipes in all restroom floors to ensure an adequate water supply for flushing, maintaining restroom hygiene. Additionally, a major renovation project will be conducted in the underground auditorium. We plan to create a new entrance for the underground auditorium to provide a more convenient passage. Moreover, a new stage and related audio-visual equipment will be set up in the underground auditorium to offer children a better learning and performance environment.
Before the end of this academic year, it is time for us to review all the works and plans for next year activities. In order to better understand the needs of our children and parents and evaluate the effectiveness of various areas of work, to plan a more perfect school development plan, we are not only using the "School Development and Accountability Data Electronic Platform" under the Education Bureau but also utilizing the school-based electronic platform to collect opinions from all parents to understand their views on various school policies and their understanding of the needs of children's growth to achieve common supervision. We hope that all parents will take the time to respond to the questions on the platform and provide us with valuable feedback, to jointly plan for the future school development plan and set the direction for school policies.
Lastly, I wish to express my gratitude once again for your support and trust in the school. I believe that through the joint efforts of home and school, our children will be able to gain a more enriching and fulfilling learning and growth experience. Let us work hand in hand to create a better tomorrow for our children!
As we enter the upcoming Easter holiday, I hope that children will experience new things in their holiday activities and learning, learn from them, grow healthily, and live a fulfilling holiday!"
