School Development and Financial Committee
1.Examine the overall development of the school and provide suggestions regarding the direction of the school’s development and improvement measure, in order to enable the school to continuously enhance itself.
2.Develop tools for collecting and analyzing data and outline a practical and feasible work schedule.
3.Through the participation of faculty and staff, establish a robust culture of assessment, mutual support, collective progress and enhance transparency and accountability in a workplace.
4.Make good use of self-assessment tools to optimize school development plan and continuously enhance itself.
5.Gather opinions from all stakeholders (include, teachers, staff, students and parents), to assess vaiours activities of the school’s plans in order to enhance the effectiveness of the school policies.
6.Continue to optimize the performance evaluation system for both academic and non-academic staff, in order to promote ongoing development and self-improvement of the school.
7.Examine overall financial status and provide suggestions regarding the financial development, in order to continuously enhance itself.
8.Establish a comprehensive financial monitoring system through the involvement of various faculty and staff.
9. In line with the school’s objectives on promoting the development of positive education, we aim to establish a positive campus and assist stakeholders in achieving fulfillment.
10.Assist stakeholders in establishing positive emotions and correct values when confronted with challenges and pressure in life with positive attitude.
